Days
When approaching people as a subject I
like to think of them as a living still life.
I enjoy creating worlds to put people in,
instead of capturing them in a plain studio
environment, or the outside world everyone
sees on a daily basis. This is a pair of
portraits that started my search into an
illustrative medium. The environment is
composed of hand cut paper, and digital
hand illustrations.
Fantasy
This image was created out of a dream
to produce an eerily beautiful image of
a mythical instance. Through weeks of
planning and production - the model's
outfit was hand sewn by me - the image
came to life. I plan to continue this series.
